This project is an example of large-scale smart home integration in a private country residence with an area of 820 m². The main objective was to implement both local and remote control of key systems: lighting, heating, air conditioning, access, multimedia, and the leisure area. 

All engineering components — from underfloor heating and landscape lighting to the home cinema and sauna — are combined into a single intelligent platform. Control is carried out from tablets and smartphones, making it easy to switch between ready-made scenarios. Thanks to this system, the home adapts to the owners’ habits: lighting control, temperature maintenance, and modes such as Movie or Night operate automatically. Remote control is also available — for example, to prepare the sauna before arrival or to monitor the condition of the house while the owners are away. 

This project highlights the potential of modern technologies to increase comfort and security in a premium private residence.
